I am having one of those days...feel so alone...feel so tired. Tired of this anxiety....tired of panic attacks...tired of feeling depressed.

Hi Wow, I know the feeling because I've gone through bad periods of panic attacks and anxiety. It is a very lonely feeling especially if you don't have people who support you that truly understand. Unless someone's gone through it they won't really understand what it is like to go through panic attacks and anxiety. It's a lonely feeling. But that's what we are all here for. I have found so much comfort here communicating with people who truly understand what I am going through. I feel like we are all speaking the same language. Please know that we are here for you and things will get better. Have you tried alternative therapies? Are you talking to a therapist?

hey wow, i get it. i was feeling like that about a month ago and it has gotten a lot better. just being here and expressing how i feel helps in and of itself. also talking to a therapist helped me a lot. i'm pretty old school and felt kind of embarrassed about going to a therapist but once i did it was life-changing. it does get better, i'm an example of that. not every day is amazing but they're getting better slowly but surely and that's all that matters.

i understand wow. when you're in that time of total despair it's hard to see beyond that but there's always a light at the end of the tunnel. sometimes we feel so helpless and see no end to these what's going on but there is a way to get there, there's a way to get to a better place. have you talked to a psychiatrist and/or therapist? i talk to a therapist regularly and see a psychiatrist as needed and it helps me a lot. i don't know what i'd do without my therapist.
