I have had anxiety for so long now that it doesn't surprise me that I have worn down my overall health. I have seen several naturopaths and had testing done on my adrenals and thyroid. Both have definitely taken a beating over the years. I knew that one day all of this stress and anxiety would catch-up with my health and boy has it. It's so hard because I have had chronic stress in my life for the past few years and I know if I don't get rid of this stress that my symptoms from adrenal fatigue will only get worse and worse. I know that I have to get off of this stressful ride but I just don't know how to get there. And I am trying natural remedies, which I think are helping, but I think that getting rid of stress will be the ultimate healer.

When my anxiety gets really bad I have an aftermath of pain and weakness mainly in my arms and legs. This used to worry me but then I identified the pattern and realized it was all from anxiety. I also talked to my doctor about it and she said it was common.

don't know if i technically had adrenal fatigue bc i never got tested but i had major fatigue when i burned myself out. the only way i got better was by scaling back and making my health a priority. any free time i had was spent relaxing. i had no choice bc my body wouldn't let me do anything else. when i was burned out my anxiety was out of control and i am sure that added to my fatigue and aches. it was bad but i made my way out. still have anxiety but its a bit better then that time.

my psychiatrist told me about how much stress anxiety causes your body and when you have it for a prolonged period of time like i have it can cause physical ailments. fatigue and feeling achy are pretty common for me when i go through bad periods of anxiety. i take a bath with epsom salts and that helps ease the aches.

Yeah. I have gotten wrecked because of what this all has done to me. My muscles have felt so weak. I feel like I am always getting sick I guess because my immune system sucks.
