i'm always trying to self diagnose which is probably a bad idea sometimes, well most of the time. but lately i've been under a lot of stress (what else is new) and i'm now noticing a new thing where my skin starts to feel stingy and itchy. it's weird. i've never had this happen before. maybe it has nothing to do with stress. has anyone had any funky symptoms like this from stress?

hey jules, haven't heard of that but i know that there are so many physical symptoms from anxiety, it's wild. now anytime a new ailment pops up i basically attribute it to stress and anxiety.

huh, i've never had itchy skin but i have broken out in a rash and hives from my anxiety. so it could very well be from anxiety.

Hi Jules, I've had both itchy skin and broken out in rashes from stress and anxiety. Stress and anxiety can cause an array of symptoms. I saw my GP, then a dermatologist, and finally my psychiatrist attributed it to stress.
